Hi, I'm Lea, also known as The Blondie Baker®, baking has been a passion for over 15 years. I started out doing occasion and wedding cakes, but now I’m more into experimental, colourful tray bakes using my mixes! I also enjoy sharing baking recipes that are easy, and fun!

The Blondie Baker® is celebrating its 5th year, and I have big dreams for the future. I've developed my own line of bake mixes, including irresistible brownie, blondie, and cookie mixes. And guess what? I'm also launching a new shortbread mix! The ultimate goal is to see my bake mixes available in stores, so more people can experience the joy of baking with my products.
